When you order, there will be a download link in the receipt right after your order is complete. You will also be emailed a link to download your files. If you did not receive the download email, check your spam folder to make sure that it didn't go to the wrong place. Send me an email, and I can have the download email sent to you again.

Many of the downloads are in a zipped file, so you will need to have a program on your computer to unzip the files.

Many items are eligible for free shipping over $30. Some items are shipped from our supply source, and other larger items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Some of the larger items may have extra shipping charges added due to their size and weight.

You can pay by credit card, paypal, and amazon payments. These are the easiest way to pay. All payments are processed through shopify and their secure processors.

In order to pay by purchase order, you can enter your order and choose pay by purchase order. You must then email your purchase order forms to tonya@therapyfunzone.net. All purchase orders must be verified as a school district or government entity.
